I'm a youth services clerk for a public library in a small town.
I'm trying to change the face of male librarians. Not all of us are effeminant little men.
Heck, I'm 6'5" and still growing.
I have an Associates Degree in Science. I love animals, bugs, rocks, plants, & fungi.
I've worked in a laboratory, a coal mine, a green house, sprayed the deadliest of pesticides, clerked an inner-city convenience store (yes we have dangerous places in our cities too), been an Emergency Medical Technician, & had a scad of crap jobs.

I've also messed up a slew of times in my life. I've been a pot-head, I've hallucinated so bad I forgot my name, I've drank a fifth of vodka per day for months straight. In the case of all three, sh!t in my life got messed up.
