AOL Users: AOL rejects almost all email from our servers at this time (long explanation). Please add us to your "whitelist".

As we mentioned above, AOL blocks most messages sent from our servers. We suspect that we have been added to an "AOL blacklist" because we have attempted to send (too many) emails to "invalid" AOL accounts. How does this happen? a). A user makes a typo while entering their AOL address. b). A user cancels their AOL account, but does not update their tBlog account. c). A malicious user enters a bogus AOL address in an attempt to access our services. The solution? Well... Aside from having you add: support@tblog.com to your "whitelist", AOL does suggest a "certification" service that can certify "our company" to send email to "their users" for a fee... Does this seem fair to you? We don't think so... Many sites appear to be affected by this "situation" (in case you're wondering why you're not receiving some email).
